Tech-Access Canada is a national organization of 60 plus federally funded Technology Access Centres (TACs). There are a number of Food Innovation TACs across Canada that work with companies on a range of topics including food formulation, shelf life studies, processing, or business commercialization.
The TAC Interactive Visit program is an opportunity for early stage companies access 20 hours of support from a TAC for 250$. A company may have a project that exceeds 20 hours, but they will still receive funding for the first 20 hours. There are company criteria and a centralized application process regardless of which TAC you want to work with.
